Warranty details

• Warranty period The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• What the warranty covers :
• Manufacturing defects affecting the umbrella's structure.
• Problems related to the materials used (canvas, frame, handle) in the event of abnormal failure.
• Premature wear of components not caused by abuse or accident.
• What the warranty does not cover :
• Damage caused by misuse (exposure to extreme weather conditions, such as high winds of over 70 km/h).
• Normal wear and tear due to daily use.
• Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
• Cosmetic damage or damage resulting from an accident.

Claims procedure

If you find a defect covered by the warranty, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
2. Send us photos of the of the umbrella to help us assess the problem.
3. Product return If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for the umbrella to be returned for repair or exchange.

We are committed to dealing with complaints as quickly as possible and to guaranteeing a suitable solution, whether this involves repairing or replacing the product.
