This legal document details the conditions and deadlines for returning or refunding any umbrella purchased on our site.

 

  1. Right of withdrawal and return period

In accordance with current legislation on distance selling, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your umbrella, without having to justify your decision.

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Return shipping costs

If you receive an umbrella with a manufacturing defect or that does not correspond to the order, you can request a return and an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
